Hans Slegtenhorst is an experienced manager in public-private investment activities, corporate, project and micro finance.  He served as owner and managing partner at Carnegie Consult for national and international public-private assignments. At NIBC Bank he held various senior positions in project finance  and financial institutions, and as deputy director with NIO development bank.
