Limpopo Consolidation Centre is a cold storage, reefer consolidation and empty depot facility integrated in the Tzaneen railway terminal, in the heart of South Africa's citrus exporting region.
Limpopo Consolidation Centre will provide hinterland pre-cooling and container loading and allow fresh cargo to be transported to export ports in Durban, Cape Town, and Port Elizabeth. This will avoid prevalent port-side delays, improve fruit quality and significantly surpress the CO2 footprint of the industry's hinterland transport.
