Flying Swans have signed a Project Development Memorandum with ARCCLA, in which a €200,000 joint project development effort is defined. This memorandum builds upon the existing Memorandum Of Understanding between the Governments of the Netherlands and Angola on agri-logistics.
Flying Swans and ARCCLA will be building on a body of network- and knowledge-building work that has already been done, including an exploratory trade mission, a comprehensive agricultural potential study, and missions by the Angolese government to the Netherlands and Ethiopia.
Flying Swans and ARCCLA signed a Project Development Memorandum in March 2022, in the presence of the Dutch Ambassador and the Angolan Ministers for Economy and Planning.
